The four-step process we use to provide our services is explained below.
1. Discussion
During the conversation phase, we focus on gathering information about the scope of
the project, the product you want us to produce, and any unique requirements you may have. The
project's pricing is established based on the details of the project, the number of design
revisions is agreed upon, and a contract is set up and agreed upon.
2. Design
Once the project admin is complete, we will begin designing your product based on
the information gathered during the conversation phase. If you have requested our website development
services, we will send you page designs on a regular basis that you may review so that we can build the
website of your dreams.
If you requested our custom software development services, we will design
the software architecture and send it to you for review. If the software contains a user interface, we
will give you multiple UI/UX designs to choose from. Once a base design is chosen, we will work on it
until you are satisfied with how it looks.
If you have requested our digital art and design
services, we will design your product and iterate on it based on your comments until you are happy.
3. Development
For our web development services, we will start building the website based on the
design system that was built throughout the design phase. We will upload our progress to a custom domain
so that you can see the website as it is being constructed. We will also provide development updates
with links, screenshots and videos to highlight the website's progress.
The development
phase for our custom software development services contains fewer progress updates, as the software
architecture has already been established during the design phase. However, if the product contains
several pages, user interfaces or features, we will deliver more regular development updates.
Our
digital art and design services do not include a development phase. We will proceed to the review stage
once a design has been completed in the design phase.
4. Review
Some final project management is accomplished during the review stage. If we created
a website for you, we will upload it to your server and configure it to use your web domain. If you
hired our bespoke software development services, we will provide you the finished product as well as a
user manual (if necessary). If we completed digital art and design services, we will provide you with
all of the relevant files and documentation.
We will also go over any long-term solutions we can
offer to keep your website or software up to date and safe.
